Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

Cancel anytime

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. It does not end a paid term early: monthly access continues through the end of the current monthly period, and annual access continues through the end of the current annual period.

No prorated refunds

Payments are non-refundable and unused time is not prorated, except where a refund, cooling-off period, or cancellation right is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Clear renewal information

The price and renewal interval will be shown before payment. We plan to send a calm advance reminder before annual renewals and confirmations after payment, cancellation, and reactivation. Subscribers remain responsible for keeping contact and payment information current.

Payment failure

If a renewal payment fails, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you and may provide a grace period. We prefer a recoverable, read-only state over sudden loss of access. Exact grace-period dates will be included in account notices.

After paid access ends

Your account enters read-only recovery mode for six months. You may download files or reactivate during that time. Unless reactivated or deleted earlier at your request, active copies are scheduled for deletion after six months and residual backups within 30 additional days.

Use the billing controls when available or contact admin@picodegallo.io. We will not require a phone call, sales conversation, or hidden sequence of screens to cancel.
